Refund & Return Policy

At Asopalav Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality gold, diamond, silver, and luxury jewellery. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
• Incorrect product has been delivered.
• Product is unused and in original condition with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For security and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery.
• Personalized items and engravings.
• Earrings (due to hygiene standards).
• Items purchased during special sales or clearance events.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds: Processed after inspection. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
• India: 5–7 business days | • USA/International: 7–10 business days.

Exchanges: Offered only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

4. Shipping & International Returns

Domestic: Shipping is free if the product is damaged; otherwise, costs are the customer's responsibility.

International (USA): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer permitted.
