• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Custom Orders: Made-to-order jewellery may require additional crafting time.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We often offer free shipping on selected luxury pieces.

International Customers (USA): Please note that import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance procedures.

4. Delivery Accuracy & Damage Claims

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
